The surroundings of ORAVSKÝ HÁJ offer trails and routes for recreational as well as advanced cyclists. There are mountain trails as well as road routes from which everyone can choose.

Ústie nad Priehradou
A cycling trail that is also suitable for less skilled cyclists and for entire families. It leads from Trstená to Tvrdošín. At the top of Kamenný vršok, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the panorama of the Western Tatras and a view of the Orava Dam bordered by the peaks of Babia Hora, Piľsko and Magurka. The route ends in the town of Trstená. The distance between Trstená and Tvrdošín is 5.5 km.
Zábiedovo
The route starts in Trstená and leads towards Tvrdošín to the village of Zábiedovo. It continues in a gentle ascent through the village of Zábiedovo towards the valley of the Skorušinské vrchy mountains. The lookout tower at the top of Skorušina peak offers a panoramic view of the entire Orava region. The distance from Trstená to Zábiedovo is 12 km.
Oravice
The route starts in the town of Trstená in the direction of Tvrdošín to Podbiel. After a short downhill run in the recreation area of Oravice, you can relax and combine rest with swimming in the thermal pools. What follows is a smooth 20 km long descent from Oravice through Vitanová and Liesek to Trstená.
Trstená-Nowy Targ
The cycling route starts in the Polish city of Nowy Targ, and continues towards Ludźmierz, Czarny Dunajec and Rogoźnik. The entire cycle route is lined with fields and meadows and offers a great view of Babia Hora or the Polish Tatras. From Suchá Hora, the cycle route continues towards Liesek. From Liesek we reach the end of the cycle route, Trstená. The whole cycle tour takes about two hours and the length of the trail is almost 40 kilometres.
